Commercial Lender – Growth-Oriented Opportunity

Responsibilities

• Originate, underwrite, and manage a portfolio of commercial loans
• Develop new business through active networking and community involvement
• Conduct in-depth credit analysis and ensure appropriate risk management practices
• Prepare credit presentations and manage loan documentation in compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines
• Collaborate with credit analysts, portfolio managers, and internal teams to support loan approvals and client service
• Monitor ongoing performance of the loan portfolio, including renewals, reviews, and compliance requirements
• Participate in the bank’s strategic planning for the commercial portfolio and future team structure

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of commercial lending experience
• Strong credit skills with demonstrated experience in credit analysis and underwriting
• Proven success in business development and relationship management
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements in commercial lending
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Base salary range for this position is $110k-$140k. Pay commiserate with experience.
