Kevin Kisner has over 20 years of experience in community banking throughout Frederick County and the surrounding areas, holding positions in both commercial lending and credit.  In his career, he has successfully developed and managed significant portfolios with expertise in cultivating business relationships and performing comprehensive financial analyses. In addition to his professional experience, he also holds an MBA in finance from Hood College.
