Frederick, Maryland - Woodsboro Bank, Frederick County’s longest-standing community bank, is pleased to announce the promotion of Austin Pearre to Commercial Team Lead, recognizing his extensive banking experience, leadership, and continued commitment to serving local businesses and the Frederick County community.
Pearre brings more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a background spanning commercial lending, business banking, customer service, and human resources. In his expanded role, he will help guide the bank’s commercial banking team while continuing to support local businesses with strategic financing solutions and relationship-based banking.

Pearre joined Woodsboro Bank as Vice President and Commercial Banker after serving as a Business Banker in the Frederick market. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia and is actively involved in the Frederick community. His service includes involvement with the Frederick County Chamber of Commerce, the Rotary Club of Carroll Creek, and the United Way of Frederick County, as well as being a graduate of Leadership Frederick.
As Commercial Team Lead, Pearre will continue building strong relationships with local businesses while helping mentor and support the bank’s commercial banking professionals.
