Kim Arnold has over 35 years of community banking experience in the areas of credit underwriting & management, loan review, and regulatory safety & soundness.  She joined Woodsboro Bank in 2001. As Chief Credit Officer (CCO), Kim is responsible for overseeing the Bank’s credit quality. Kim graduated from Frostburg State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, and holds a Master’s in Business Administration degree from Mount Saint Mary’s College.  She is also a graduate of Maryland Banking School and Leadership Frederick County.
