Our small community bank is seeking a versatile IT Administrator to manage day-to-day technology operations and support system access across the organization. This role combines hands-on technical support with exposure to cybersecurity, vendor management, and IT governance in a small, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IT support, system integration, and security best practices for a community bank.
What you’ll do:
- Assist the Head of IT with infrastructure, support, and systems for the bank
- Assist and strengthen cybersecurity practices in partnership with the ISO
- Collaborate to manage vendors and contracts (core systems, IT providers, software)
- Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day technical issues
- Support system upgrades, implementations, and process improvements
- Partner with leadership to align IT with business needs
- Maintain documentation, controls, and basic IT governance
- Reports to Head of IT with opportunity to grow into leadership
The salary for this position is intentionally broadened to support the level of applicants and experience we may receive. The range is $85-115k, depending on experience.
