Thanks to valuable feedback from our colleagues and community, we recognized the need for a better online banking experience. We know that reliable, secure, and easy-to-use technology is incredibly important for our clients, and are confident that this change will be a big improvement.
On January 22, 2025, clients will begin seeing the new online banking from their desktops. When launching the existing app on or after January 22, mobile users will be prompted to download the new app. Until then, they can access their account through the current online banking platform.
No, you will use your current username and password to first login. You will then be asked to confirm your email address and receive a one-time code to set up 2-step authentication for future logins from unrecognized devices. Additionally, mobile banking clients will establish a 4-digit passcode, or setup biometrics to login.
Yes, you will still have access to the current website/app until January 22, 2025. As we transition to the new platform, the old online banking platform will become unavailable. Users will be able to defer the update to the new platform twice, for up to 9 days, before needing to make the switch. A message on the app will let you know.
The new online platform will work across multiple devices, including phones, computers, iPads, and more. There will also be a dedicated app for both iOS and Android users.
New login options including Biometrics (fingerprint or Face ID) and PIN authentication. Also, 2-step authentication is enabled, should we not recognize a device attempting to access your account.
To sign out of your account on the mobile app, click the menu button in the upper lefthand corner. Next, click the arrow next to the account name at the bottom of the menu, finally click sign out.
