Loan Operations Specialist

As a Loan Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our loan servicing operations. Your responsibilities will include reviewing loan payment reports for accuracy, booking and scanning of new loan files and renewal documents, recording liens on collateral for new consumer and commercial loans, assisting clients with loan payment inquiries, processing insurance renewals, and preparing loan payoff documents.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual who provides exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and a strong attention to detail. Previous experience in loan servicing or a related field is preferred, but we are willing to provide training for the right candidate.

Salary range: $42,000-62,000 annually. Starting salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications, with consideration given to relevant banking and loan operations experience, technical knowledge, and demonstrated skills.
