Gregory Smith keeps his pulse on today’s changing IT landscape and continues to apply those trends into business practice. He is an internationally recognized IT executive with 30 years of experience managing complex IT and business systems. Mr. Smith currently serves as the CISO for Frederick County Government, an adjunct professor at Georgetown University in Technology Management graduate program, and is and author of multiple books on IT leadership and cybersecurity.

J.R. Delauter is the Senior Vice President and Operations & Technology Manager at Woodsboro Bank, with over 25 years of experience. Starting as a teller, he demonstrated commitment and expertise, rising through the ranks to enhance the bank's operational framework. His knowledge in banking and check security has led to improved security protocols and technological advancements, streamlining operations and enhancing customer experience. J.R. is also devoted to Woodsboro and the bank’s history leading various historical preservation and education projects.

MJ Hermes, CIC, Senior Vice President, McGriff

MJ Hermes is a 26-year veteran at McGriff, specializing in large and complex Property and Casualty Insurance risks. He holds a CIC designation and is licensed broker. With a BS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford and an MS from Johns Hopkins, MJ utilizes his engineering background to provide an attention to detail and Problem-Solving Approach that are vital for a complex risk Consultant. His technical background has also proved invaluable when designing appropriate Errors & Omissions and Cyber programs critical to clients in the IT/Technology industry.
