Woodsboro Bank Welcomes Talented Summer Interns for 2025

Frederick, Maryland -Woodsboro Bank is excited to announce the addition of four exceptional individuals to our summer internship program. These driven students bring a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm, and we are excited to see their contributions over the coming months.

Sean Mullineaux joins us from Frostburg State University, where he is a rising senior pursuing a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Small Business and Entrepreneurship. A dedicated member of the Men's Lacrosse Team, Sean is not only an athlete but also a scholar, having earned a spot on the President’s List with a 4.0 GPA this spring. Sean will be working with the Marketing and Retail Lending departments.

  • What he is looking forward to this summer: Spending time with my friends and family this summer and making new memories.

Katy Coleman is a senior at The University of Pittsburgh, majoring in Finance and Business Analytics with a minor in Economics. Involved in Smart Women Securities, Women in Economics, and the Pitt Program Council, Katy brings a strong analytical and financial acumen to the team. She will be working with the Finance department this summer.

  • Favorite Place She’s Been: Florence or Edinburgh
  • What she is looking forward to this summer: Going to the beach

Corey Ellis, a senior at Towson University, is studying Business Administration with a focus on Finance. Corey is set to graduate in Fall 2025. He will be working with the Commercial Lending group this summer.

Fun Facts about Corey:

  • Favorite Activities: snow skiing and wakeboarding
  • Favorite TV Show: Entourage
  • What he is most looking forward to this summer: Going to Orioles games and going to OBX

James Stier recently graduated from Walkersville High School and completed an intern ship with our Marketing department. He will be attending Hood College this Fall. James is an academically driven athlete, he played basketball and soccer, honing his teamwork and leadership skills. James is keen to advance in the business world with a solid foundation in teamwork, leadership, and digital marketing. He will be working with the Commercial Lending group this summer.

  • Favorite Food: Salmon, Tacos, and Pancakes
  • Favorite Place He’s Been: Greece and Hawaii
  • What he is most looking forward to this summer: Going on a cruise to St. Thomas and the Bahamas, spending time with friends, and going fishing

Our interns are not only committed to their academic and professional growth but are also dedicated to making a positive impact in their communities. In addition to their regular duties, they will be working alongside local nonprofits to assist with various community projects and events. This involvement provides them with a unique opportunity to apply their skills in real-world settings while contributing to meaningful causes. By participating in these initiatives, the interns will enhance their teamwork, leadership, and organizational skills, further preparing them for successful futures.
