• A seasoned deposit operations pro with 5+ years of experience
• Passionate about systems, efficiency, and customer service
• Knowledgeable about electronic banking, compliance, and core deposit operations
• Known for your keen eye for detail and problem-solving ability

What You’ll Do:

• Support daily deposit operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance across systems and services
• Help shape and maintain smooth electronic banking services
• Train and support team members across departments
• Collaborate with leadership to improve internal processes and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate key functions like cash orders, stop payments, reconciliations, and regulatory filings

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in banking or a related field
• Advanced knowledge of deposit operations, compliance regulations, and core banking systems (Jack Henry a plus)
• Strong communication, analytical, and technology skills
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements (BSA, CRA, etc.)

Salary range for this role is $40k-60k. Pay commiserate with experience.
