This role is ideal for someone with accounting experience, specifically in banking or financial services, who’s ready to own their role while growing into the next chapter of their career.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain and reconcile accounting records, ledgers, and key financial reports
• Support the CFO in budget management, regulatory reporting, and audits
• Conduct daily and monthly general ledger reconcilements, fixed asset, and accounts payable systems.
• Analyze financial data and help improve internal control processes
• Prepare and support financial reports, including Call Reports and funds management
• Collaborate across departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 2+ years of experience in accounting (banking preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, accounting systems, and financial reporting tools
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and general ledger systems
