Frederick, Maryland - Woodsboro Bank hosted their annual All Colleague Meeting on March 12, bringing together key stakeholders to celebrate another successful year of growth and innovation. The event highlighted the Bank's achievements over the past year and outlined strategic plans for the upcoming year. The most anticipated portion of the meeting is the recognition of colleagues for their impact over the previous year.
The One Woodsboro Award winners lead with heart, they mentor their colleagues, they are loyal, and they always exceed expectations. They demonstrate our One Woodsboro values day in and out. This year’s One Woodsboro Award winners are Temikki Morrison and Crystal Wiles.
Temikki Morrison, Treasury Management Officer, has stepped forward and embraced the changes that have come year after year. She remained steadfast and has embraced a new role and accepted a new challenge while continuing to rise to the occasion. Temikki is the first person to offer a kind word, helping hand or listening ear. She takes customer service to a new level and sets the example of what it means to live the One Woodsboro way.
Crystal Wiles, Controller, was involved in advancing important initiatives involving internal and external parties and is tireless in pursuing successful and results driven outcomes. She actively participates in all internal teambuilding activities and volunteers with the bank’s many communities focused activities. Crystal is thoughtful, courteous, and respectful of others and is always willing to help when needed.
Yvonne Reeder, Woodsboro Branch Manager, received the Client Devoted Award. Yvonne is celebrated for her exceptional dedication to serving clients, both internally and externally, with unwavering loyalty and extreme patience. She demonstrates a profound commitment to exceeding expectations and building strong, lasting relationships.
David Crum, Thurmont Branch Manager, was recognized with the Community Focuses Award for his remarkable commitment to being community-focused, exemplifying a deep sense of responsibility. He remains dedicated to addressing the needs and concerns of the community with passion and purpose.
This year, the Bank recognized Samantha Cutrona, Marketing Director, and Beverly Layne, Loan Operations Manager, with the Excellence Driven Award. This award is given to colleagues for their commitment to excellence, showcasing a relentless drive to achieve the highest standards in their endeavors.
